The King's School Roller-Ski and Laser Biathlon Program - Term 2

A roller-ski and laser biathlon  program is being held for students of The King's School.

The program will  run for 6 weeks to train for Biathlon Schools and Interschools Cross country competitions. It is suitable: 

  • as an introduction to laser biathlon and rollerskiing for new attendees
  • to continue developing skills for previous attendees   

Dates:  5 May, 12 May, 19 May, 26 May, 2 June, 16 June 2024

The Term 2 sessions are both introductory for newcomers and we welcome back previous participatants to continue developing their laser and roller-skiing skills for taking part in the Term 3 on-snow Interschools competitions.   

Places are limited so please register early if you wish to ensure a place in the program. 

Time:  3.00pm to 4.15pm.  Please arrive by 2.50pm for equipment distribution.  

Where: The King's School - meeting place at the head of the mountain bike trails following the road around the Doyles playing fields, past the Hayshed. 

What to Bring:  Drink and snack. Helmets are mandatory.  Knee and elbow pads are also recommended for new attendees.   

Roller skis, xc ski boots, poles if you have your own. 

Equipment can be provided for those who donot have their own. Please indicate your requirments when registering. 

Supplied:  Laser biathlon equipment 

Cost: $210 per attendee for 6  weeks .
